Climate adaptive buildings: a public-private conversation on physical climate risk


Physical climate risk is a serious issue for both public and private stakeholders in real estate. How to assess this issue at building level? What metrics, what language to use? DGBC initiated a hands-on pilot where real estate investors were invited to plot their assets on a shared map that projects the risk for heat stress, drought, extreme precipitation and sea level rise.
