Farmers at the Forefront

Climate change, a rise in conflict and COVID-19 threaten the livelihoods of millions–many of whom are smallholder farmers. Today’s obstacles require an approach that puts them at the center: The Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP) funds public and private sector investments across the value chain, supporting countries, businesses and farmers to build more sustainable, resilient agriculture systems. These investments have benefitted +13 million farmers and their families.
